No Child Left Behind Leadership Committee (NCLB LC): A collaborative, decision-making body to improve teaching and learning in the school. The NCLB LC shall assist in the development of the school operational plan and the annual school budget. The NCLB LC shall concentrate on the objective of universal mastery of the New Jersey Core Curriculum Content Standards (NJCCCS). In this role, the principal and instructional staff is responsible for implementation. No NCLB LC shall manage day-to-day implementation of school policies. The primary responsibility of the NCLB LC shall be to assist in the effective delivery of instruction.
